These apartments, of the same construction, are part of the secondary house, adjacent to the tennis court.
Of approximately 60 square meters each, all three have a living room, kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. Equipped with sofa beds, each apartment can accommodate up to 6 beds.
With their own fireplaces and porches, approximately 15 square meters (totally livable), these apartments have been designed for couples or smaller families.

Melograno

“Il Melograno” is an apartment of about 100 square meters, located on the second floor; It is accessed by means of fantastic brick stairs. It can accommodate up to 6 people, with its two spacious double bedrooms and a third comfortable bedroom with two single beds.
Living room with kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The largest bathroom has a comfortable whirlpool tub with more than 6 adjustable jets at the complete disposal of the apartment’s guests.
Finely renovated and repainted, all the rooms have exposed chestnut beams. Small habitable external porch.

Ideal for a large family that does not want to give up comfort!

Leccio

The apartment “Il Leccio“, with its 85 square meters can accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of a large kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed, small hallway, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Recently repainted and finely furnished, it has a large porch of about 10 square meters totally habitable with outdoor table and bench.

La Quercia

The apartment “La Quercia” takes its name from the centuries-old oak tree that can be admired from the entrance door. It has a surface area of approximately 80 square meters, with a large living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom in pink marble.

It can accommodate 5 people. The peculiarity of this apartment is given by the red brick arches present in every room, in addition to the typical ceilings with exposed wooden beams.

Il Gelsomino

The “Gelsomino” is the most refined apartment of the entire structure. With its 100 square meters, its three bedrooms, (2 singles and one double), its two bathrooms, its large living room with fireplace and spacious kitchen, it is the pride of the Antico Podere Siliano. It can accommodate up to 8 people, thanks to two additional places that the comfortable sofa bed provides. Located on the first floor, it is accessed via a rock and brick staircase; it boasts an excellent view of the owner’s vineyard, of over 3 hectares. Completely renovated in 2005, fine furniture and ceilings over 5 meters high, with exposed chestnut beams in all rooms, including bathrooms.

The Gelsomino is the apartment designed for those who want to stay in the Umbrian – Tuscan countryside without wanting to give up the comforts that the city offers!
